Fairly easy to repair
The part arrived on great condition, took a bit lnger to get that I expected. Looked online for installation instructions, was fairly easy to install. It did take two of us to install on our 25 year old Matytag dryer.

Dryer will not turn off at end of cycle. Timer know goes past the stop postion and keeps running. Please recommend the correct timer replacement part. Thanks
For model number Maytag Neptune Dryer MDG4000BWQ
Hi Sam,
Thank you for your inquiry. If the dryer is not shutting off once a cycle is complete, there are some parts that may fix the issue. You will have to check the internal-bias thermostat, the door switch, the timer, the timer knob, the door catch kit, the m series new style coil kit, the radiant flame sensor, the cycling thermostat and the drum support rollers. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My wife told me the other day the dryer was making "popping" sounds. Yesterday when she went to get the clothes from drying overnight they were still damp and the cycle knob was still half way through the cycle. What could be wrong?
