easy repair, great video, confusing web site
Everything went smoothly, but getting to the point where I was confident I was ordering the right part took a while. You get to the exploded diagram and good luck with your order after that, so I had to go back and forth several times, looking at other websites with the same repair to make sure I got what I was looking for.

Dishwasher will fill and then nothing until it drains itself.Repeats this over and over.Does not wash.Replaced control board, still the same .Is this the part i need ?
For model number WDF320PADB1
Hi Scott,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes, t here are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the heating element, the filter, the turbidity sensor, high limit thermostat, the spray arms, the pump and the water inlet valve. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

When i start the washer on any type of cycle, i hear the water filling the dishwasher. After a few moments, i hear little click sounds coming from the electronic dashboard and then it starts to drain. I know the heating element is not working, and i do not see any water being pushed into the spinning blades. Is this a pump issue, as well as a heating element?
For model number WDF520PADB3
Hi Dameion, thank you for your question. If your heating element is not working then it may be that part that is the issue. If you are still experiencing the issue afterward then you may have to look at other parts like the pump or the thermostat. However it sounds like your appliance cannot continue on with its normal cycle and so it is draining prematurely. We hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
