Door balance cord broke
Real easy there was no guess work after watching your video on how to change the door balance kit. Having that video on the same page that I ordered the part was a great Idea. The guy that thought of that should get a Raise.

Replacement of leading door seal.
I followed the on line video instructions and the repair was completed with a hitch. The seal did not display the 'white stripe', but the enclosed illustration cleared up any question I had about proper insertion. The part arrived within 24 hrs of shipment! I will use Parts Select exclusively in the future! No more big bucks to have a Sears guy simply plug in a new part.

a dishwasher part broke and no longer held up one of the racks of our dishwasher.
It was easy to identify the needed part on the web site. We ordered it, and it arrived in less than a week. The part was easy to slip into its place in the dishwasher, and the rack now stands up as it should. Couldn't have been easier.

Door pops open and door leakage
Door pops open problem: After reviewing all of the other comments on this problem, I finally figured out that the strike plate does indeed have metal fatigue and allows door to pop open. I could not affirm this by simply bending the arm to provide more tension on the door receptacle so I did what one commenter said about putting a scew (I used a plastic electric wire connector) on the top of the strike plate. That worked great! (I have ordered a new strike plate.) ------------Leakage Problem: Seals were installed easily. problem was the plastic air inlet. I followed the very thorough commenter instructions ("wash/rinse") but was still challenged to get the small 3/16" hex screws to start. I was worried about a bad start and destroying the 5 plastic screw receptacles---so was being overly careful. Finally, I simply took the socket and pressed the screws into place and turned until tight. That worked since I had made sure that the plastic inlet piece was securely taped into the correct position beforehand.

Dishwasher makes loud noise when operating
The hardest thing in installing the pump was pulling the dishwasher from under the counter. Once that was done and the mess with drain hoses and supply hoses was cleaned up, all it took was undoing one bolt to turn and remove the motor by turning in counter clockwise. the seal comes with the new motor and don't forget to reconnect the wire harness to the new motor on re-assembly.

No water pressure
I cut the breaker and disconnected the in and out water lines, then removed the washer. Once on its side, I took it apart until I found what was broken. The chopper unit had broken and parts were sucked into the pump. After going online and finding/ordering all the parts, I cleaned everything and put it back together so as not to lose anything. When the parts came in,it was an easy job to replace the broken parts and have it back in use. The repair would have cost over $350 and my parts bill was less than $90. Thanks
