Freezer worked well, refrig. always a bit warm
First thing I did was un-plug the fan motor located in the freezer compartment and test it for voltage, which it had, telling me the fan motor was shot.I ordered the parts, they arrived in short order and the fan motor was replaced. It took little time and there were no levers, pulleys, servos, gobs of wiring or stacks of gears in a maze of bearings to deal with. Unplug the unit, remove the food rack, ice cube maker(just loosen the 2 screws and lift up)remove the air channel in the center as well as the back panel. Unplug the fan motor and remove the screws securing the motor bracket and lift out. Very simple.

My vegetable drawer cover was cracked and breaking in my G.E. refrigerator.
I was so happy to find the new part went right in and fit great! I was worried because the part number changed like 3x from original part number. It also has a different design, but fit perfect! I also am glad that I found this company on Internet because price was lower than other stores that I usually by G.E. parts from. Very happy!

Torn gaskets and no drawer cover
The freezer and food door gaskets were easy to install, I put 6" of hot water in the bathtub and left the gaskets in the water for 5 minutes before installing into the door tracks. The drawer cover lays on top of the rests on the sides and the back of the lower compartment.

A power surge made my side by side refrigerator stop working
I started at the compressor and replaced the overload and the Ptcr first and that did not make the compressor start running again, so I replaced the capasitor and it still did not start, so I bit the bulett and replaced the Main Control Board and that is what I should have checked first, when I removed the old one I found a little burnt spot on the back that I could not see from the front. The new one did not look exactly like the old one, it had two more wire terminals than the old one, but just leave them blank and everything will work just fine!
