Opened the box, took the new part out and snapped it on. Easy. Fit perfectly. Took less than 2 minutes. Looks great!

just replace need cooking tray

First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. was able to find the part needed using the microwave model number. i ordered the part and was able to replace it in less than 5 minutes - was great to find the part needed easily and fix the eyesore!

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. Simply placed new dish on the rotating hub.

Repair was a breeze. When I received the part the metal piece had been bent in shipment so I gently removed with a screwdriver and bent it back then gently placed metal piece back into place. Your customer service is "AWESOME" Shelley C was amazing. Its rare to find that kind of customer service these days. I have ALWAYS purchased Whirlpool appliances because of their dependability and will contine in the future!Thank you!

I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!
