Very unusual. we had a brief fire inside the microwave which destroyed all the moving rotary parts.
First, we had to clean up all the interior surfaces, which was just cleaning. There was no internal damage. Then, just setting the center connector, rotary rollers and glass plate. Simple
Drive coupling cracked would no longer rotate turntable plate
used screw driver to pry up old part. lifted right off. line up drive couple drive push on. repair took less than 1 minute to repair. works like new Very Pleased with Parts Select replacement parts

The old coupling melted and the tray cracked in half.
It took me 15 minutes total - 5 minutes to clean the microwave, 1 minute to install three new parts, and 9 minutes to enjoy my celebratory glass of wine!

The thing that makes the plate rotate was missing

I have the glass turntable and the turntable under the glass but the table wobbled and does not seem to fit on the wheels of turntable. The wheels seem too tiny to hit the table. Am I missing any parts?

Thank you for your question. Make sure the turntable is positioned correctly and make sure glass tray is on the coupler in the center of the microwave floor to allow the glass tray to spin when it is on. The issue could be the coupler. Make sure that the coupler is fitted correctly, to allow for proper movement.
