This turntable ring in your microwave makes sure that your glass tray rotates smoothly. Located just above the internal floor, it supports the tray so that your food cooks evenly. A broken turntable ring will look warped or cracked. Additionally, the rotation may become uneven or wobbly. You should replace the ring when it is damaged, by simply taking out the old one from your appliance. Please note that this replacement part is sold individually and is a genuine OEM product, specifically designed for your microwave.

Microwave ring turn
It fit perfectly, it’s exactly the part I needed to make my glass plate turn in my microwave oven. Somehow one portion of the original ring turn melted or got burned and no longer worked very well. It was so nice to be able to go on the computer and go to your Parts website and order a new piece that I needed. Thank you for being available.

Perfect fit - finally!
We moved into a house with a built in microwave that was newer, but clearly had the wrong ring in it. I have been looking for a replacement and not using the microwave for so long. Finally found this site. Perfect fit. Part arrived quick and is soooo worth it. Happy with my purchase!

Fix for noisy microwave
My MIL”s microwave was making this loud clunking noise, we thought we needed to replace it but realized it was the ring turn. We didn’t know that there was a replacement for this. We looked it up and found it. We replaced the old one and it works perfectly. No need to replace the microwave. Great solution.

Broken on arrival
Called upon receipt of the broken ring and was told a credit would be issued. Was told your company recieved the part prepackaged and all you did was place a shipping label on it and send it out to me. This seems to be a substandard policy and indicates a lack of good customer service. Credit for shipping not issued.

Very unusual. we had a brief fire inside the microwave which destroyed all the moving rotary parts.
First, we had to clean up all the interior surfaces, which was just cleaning. There was no internal damage. Then, just setting the center connector, rotary rollers and glass plate. Simple
Microwave didn't have support ring when house was purchased.

Rattling noise when turn table was in motion
Unplug any appliance before any work is done. The microwave is a hanging unit under kitchen cabinets. First I removed the turn table, rollers, and connector by lifting them out. Second I removed all the attaching Phillips head screws that hold the bottom cover on. Once removed the cover will hang and give access to the drive motor gear as

Is this the correct turntable for my whirlpool microwave?
For model number YWML 75011hw-3
Hello Susan, thank you for reaching out. The part you mentioned is not a turntable, it is the turntable ring and is not compatible with your model. The glass tray support, part number PS12578307, and the glass tray, part number PS12711337, fits your model. We hope this information helps!
The ring turn looks different-color, etc. I searched by model number on my microwave and this is what came up. Just want to be sure before i spend 32.00 that its right. It looks like my ring lost its "cushion" on the rollers
For model number Wmh32519hb05

I keep buying parts and returning them because they’re not correct. There’s not a practical way to find the part number needed. ?? What are the dimensions of this and the accompanying turntable? The one that I’m attempting to use now “sort of” fits but it’s too small and wobbly. If I had the correct base part, it should “theoretically” stabilize it. Please help. Confused mom who’s addicted to a microwave.
For model number Not sure.
Hi Victoria,
Thank you for your question. The turntable roller guide measures approximately 7-1/2 inches long.
For information on the correct turntable roller guide for your microwave, we would need the model number from it. We have included a link from our website that you may use to find the model number on it. If you could resubmit your question with this information, we would be happy to help you. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
