One of 2 Plastic Pins broke making Deli Drawer lid inoperable
The Deli Drawer needs to be re-engineered as it is constantly getting stuck when closing which caused pin to break. Fix: removed deli drawer and contents, removed 2 screws holding right-side metal slider and two more screws holding Pantry end cap. Surprise was that the Pantry End Cap had a long, movable plastic arm attached (used to adjust amount of cold air delivered to deli drawer). This long arm has to be carefully removed (unbelievable) from the pantry end cap in order to replace on new end cap. Luckily nothing broke. Count on 30-40 minutes. Sad that such a high-end refrig couldn't have a better design.

Broken deli tray hinge pin
I cleared the bottom drawers and lifted out the glass and set aside. Removed both drawers. Removing right side panel (end cap) was just 2 screws for hinge and 2 screws for end cap. Note that there is a small tab toward front of end cap that needs to be gently popped out. Taking the temperature control lever and slide assemblies were easy once I figured out how they snapped out and back into place. No tools required but takes a little looking and thinking to swap them out. Try moving lever at an angle to facilitate replacement. Swap hinge and then position new end cap in place and screw in place with the two screws. Add drawers and glass back in. Ouila!

no instructions, but none were needed for the particular part.
I simply snapped it into place, removing the protective covering during the process. Although the cost of the part was higher than expected for a simple piece of clear molded plastic, the whole job took about two minutes total. And, moreover, the part arrived two days earlier than I anticipated.
