Basket rollers, clips, retainers, etc. that were deteriorated and broken.
Ordered parts and referred to exploded component drawings on the website to install replacements. Videos were helpful. Be careful to check all plastic parts for deterioration so that you can order them all at once. I had to make two additional orders for rollers and retainers that looked fine, but were brittle and needed replacement.

Followed the video on your site. Removed old gasket, put in new one...easy, breezy! For good measure, since we weren't sure where the leak was coming from, installed a new water deflector as well, which was also extremely easy. Out with the old, in with the new and no leaks!!

Dishwasher made a grinding noise
I made the repair easily by watching the step by step video supplied on the web site...easy peasy! Thank you so much. Saved me lots of money I'm sure. Could have saved $5 more if my dog hadn't chewed up the wheel from the rack! HA! Thanks so much. My dishwasher runs more quietly than it has in awhile!

rusted plastic coated steel rack needs replacement
replacing the rack was easy - but first we had to swap out the plastic spay tower that twist-locks onto the new rack. My smart wife figured this one out, despite the lack of any trace of instructions (the less astute amature repairperson would have mangled the whole shootin' match attempting to make the change); that said, the rack was not a "one-to-one" match, as it lacked the original's high left sidewall and a few other minor differences that did not affeect the overall performance of the part - a not uncommon occurance in the aftermarket parts world.

Leaking water
I grabbed a hold of the old gasket and removed it. I then took the new gasket and set it in place on one corner. I inserted it around the groove and with just one adjustment for length, I took the round bottom of a spoon to set and smooth the gasket into place. No more leaks. 5 minute fix.

upper dish rack roller failed.
Removed the upper rack rail stops. Removed the upper rack by pulling outward until the rack rollers cleared the rails. Attached the new roller on the upper rack. You can look at the other undamaged rollers to see how they lock into place. re-install the upper rack by feeding the upper rack rollers back onto the rails. Install the rail stops back into the rail ends, and the job is complete. VERY EASY!

leak only on left side of machine
WE installed a new door gasket. However the machine still had a leak only on the left side. Called a tech and he came and said the gasket was installed backwards. Apparently the original one was also because we installed the new gasket exactly the way the old one was. We are all set now.
