2 rack holders broke
used the Dremel Osciilating tool with small blade to quickly cut/remove the old rack holder and then inserted new hold. Took less then 5 minutes total.

Broken rack holders
Use a small screwdriver to depress the flexible clip on the side of the old holder while you wiggle it out of its hole. Gently hammer down the edges of the hole so that the surface is flat. This will make for a tighter fit when you snap the new holder into the hole. Just slide the new piece into position and the job is done.
Found your site online, ordered parts needed. When parts arrived I just put them into the holes in the microwave and popped on the self. Worked like a charm! Thanks very much!

What is the best way to take out the old rack clip holders on a microwave? I just read where some people cut the old one and others use a small screwdriver to nudge it out.
For model number rack clip holder
Hi John,
Thank you for your inquiry. Use a small screwdriver to depress the flexible clip on the side of the old holder while you wiggle it out of its hole. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
