Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This genuine sump and pump motor assembly is a key component for efficient dishwashing, collecting water from the bottom of the dishwasher and pumping it through the spray arms for powerful cleaning. It also includes a built-in heater and circulation pump to maintain optimal water temperature and flow. Ideal for fixing issues such as leaks, noisy operation, or poor cleaning performance, this assembly restores your appliance’s functionality. Installation requires disconnecting power and water supply and may involve handling components with reverse threads—refer to your dishwasher’s manual for detailed instructions.

My dishwasher does not drain at 100%. There is always about 1 1/2 cup of water still after every wash cycle. When I do a manual drain procedure, it will be empty... Should I change the complete pump or just the draining pump?
For model number Ldf8072st
Hi Alain, thank you for reaching out. The issue is probably with the motor assembly, part number PS12742537. You need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.
Does this assembly come with all components installed on it including the circulator pump and the drain pump? My machine is making a loud roaring noise when it's running the wash cycle, circulator pump?
Hello Tom, thank you for your question. The Sump Assembly includes the Circulation Pump but not the Drain Pump PS11706890. A common reason for a Dishwasher to make a squealing or droning or grinding sound is often due to worn-out bearings inside the wash pump or drain pump. The bearings support the pump's rotor and allow it to turn correctly. Rusty or damaged bearings stop the rotor from rotating properly, which can be noisy. Thank you and have a great day.
Is a check valve one of the components of the sump pump assembly? Can you purchase separate? If so, what is part number??
For model number LDF7774BD
Hello Danny, thank you for getting in touch. The check valve is the component of the sump assembly and it helps to control the direction of water flow to the spray arms. The compatible check valve for your model is part number PS7796404, and it is sold separately. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
