D/w will not not fill with water, (need new fill valve?)

Samsung dw80f600utw, will not complete a wash cycle for any setting, the dishwasher stops after 6 10min. It appears as though it starts the first rinse, but stops, the soap door never opens. The normal and sanitize lights on the control panel blink until you shut it off. The washer does not complete a wash cycle.

The valve opens but water wont stay in washer . More than 10/15 seconds

Thank you for your question. If your washer is filling and draining at the same time, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. My dishwasher wont drain at the very end of the cycle, but it will in the middle of the cycle. I changed the case brake assembly., it did not fix it i guess the water valve is second on the list. After it sits and i start a new cycle it will drain first., then start a new cycle. I turned the power off for several hours but that did not fix it.

I have a high pitch squealing sound after the dishwasher starts, as if it is the jets from the sprayer arms. On-off-on-off. What could the issue be? It seems like it is happening when it is washing.
