When starting a new load of laundry, it does not supply water. And I get error message pf. Which part is the water controller?

Hi Marj, Thank you for the question. The error PF indicates power failure, meaning electricity has been interrupted to the appliance.Try to press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the error. Next try to start a short cycle to check the operation of the appliance by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button. Next reset the breaker box, unplug the appliance for 5 minutes and make sure the appliance is securely plugged in. Hope this helps!

My machine continues to dump cold water into the tank during the final spin cycle and after the machine shuts off. It is most definitely cold water, and i see that there are 2 water inlet valves on this machine on your diagram. Which one of the two do i need, or should i just replace both?

Why does water fill up my machine when it is not in use? Also, when we turn the water off, it stops filling up with water. Also, why is the water is dripping from the front of washer, as if the machine was on, but when we turn the water off, it no longer drips.

My Samsung washer is displaying "nf" once it hits the rinse cycle during normal operations. I noticed that its an issue with not filling. I replaced the hoses from the water hooks ups for the house. I noticed there is a leak coming from the top of the washer right above the cold water inlet valve. I think i should replace both valves but I'm not sure.

Hi Phillip, Thank you for the question. NF error code means that there is an issue that is preventing your washer from receiving water into the water inlet valve. I suggest replacing the cold valve if it is leaking. If the hot water is not leaking it shoudl be ok. Hope this helps!

A error code of 4e come up when we try to do the wash do i need to replaced water supply value

Hot water will continue to fill tank. Cold water is fine. I believe it might be the water inlet valve. I am confused about which one to get for my washing machine and if this is most likely the cause.

Hello Sharla, Thank you for your inquiry. The hot water inlet valve is part# DC62-30314K, and the cold water valve is part# DC62-30312J. You can test them with a multimeter to see if they have continuity. Hope this helps!

Was getting 4e code after 4-5 of filling. Before this, i received same code but machine would fill halfway up with water.Replaced the pressure switch and cold inlet valve, same code, just doesnt before draining itself out.
replaced hot water inlet, 4e again...
ps, checked water pressure too, no issue...

If you have replaced both water valves and the pressure switch, we suggest checking the entire water line for any blockage or clogging in the tubing itself. My washer won't stop filling with water. I tried to turn it off and kept pouring water. The only way to stop it was to unplug it. It sprays water in the washer all throughout the entire cycle.

My water on the washer runs the entire time until it is ready to spin down. I’m pretty sure it is the hot water intake because I’m usually pretty low on hot water after it has run. Sometimes when I run the quick cycles the water will not turn off even after I turn the machine off. I have to turn the water off at the wall and then turn on the spin only cycle to finish the cycle.
