In pushing button to bake the temperature comes on at 350 which is normal.Trying to raise the temperature gets no results, but lowering the temp is available. Setting the clock, the time can not be increased, but can not be decreased

Hello Thomas, Thank you for the question. This could be a worn Overlay, PartSelect Number PS3495602. If the Overlay does not fix the issue the Range Electronic Control Board PartSelect Number PS12074908 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!
My stove made a loud pop noise while baking a meal then had no power

Hi Dustin, thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you have a short circuit on one of the heating elements of the oven. You need to open the oven and check the elements for any irregular areas, such as bumps or holes burned into the rod. If you find nothing, then remove the panel off the back of the oven and check the wires to the elements for shorts or burns. If this does not help, you will need to replace the control board, part number PS12074908. Good luck with your repair!
