This is the drawer slide rail or slide assembly for your refrigerator. You will find the drawer slide rail at the bottom of your refrigerator, mounted to the right-hand side of the cabinet wall. It is designed to hold the bottom shelf in place. You will want to make sure you are replacing the bottom rail, as the top one is a longer rail. The slide rail is held in place with two Phillips screws and is made of white plastic.

I am looking at side rail for the refrigerator. Does "right side rail" mean my right side as I am looking towards the refrigerator or is it my left side as I am looking towards the refrigerator?
Hi Sumit, Thank you for the great question. As you stand in front of the appliance looking at it, it will be your right side or your left side. Hope this helps!

What is the part number for the right side slide for the top crisper? The video shows how to replace the bottom crisper slide, but that slide is shorter than the top one. I need the top one but i don't know the part number for that one.

Broken plastic parts
Cleaned the refrigerator as the old parts were removed. Installed new parts as the old parts were removed so as to easily identify the replacement parts. Very easy and wife was extremely happy after old plastic parts self destructed over a period of months and refrigerator was essentially unusable on the bottom two drawers.
Not only were the parts delivered in 2 days....but a phillips head screw driver and matching up the new rails with the old ones turned out to be a super easy and fast repair!! A monkey could do this repair!! But now I noticed the left hand top drawer rail is cracked! It stinks that the quality of the original parts are so poor...but at least I'm saving some money doing it myself!!!
First I removed all the broken pieces with a screwdriver. I then installed the upper drawer slides and then the lower. Put the glass in was easy. All you had to do was put it in the slots on top of the drawers. The filter of course was unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. All in all is was an easy experience. Too bad it took us over a year to order the parts.
Old parts broken and or cracked so drawers didn't open easily and shelves were uneven
First I removed the drawers and shelves. Then I removed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). Next I removed the two screws (8 total) for each of the left and right drawer slide rails and rail assemblies. Then I spent way too much time cleaning the bottom half of my refrigerator, the shelves and drawers! After finishing the cleaning, I installed the lower left and ride slide rails (2 screws ea). Then I installed the upper left and right slide rails (2 screws ea). I then installed the left and right trim pans (1 screw ea). After that I set the bottom shelf and drawer in and then did the upper shelf and drawer.
The packaging was OEM, clearly marked too. The hardest part of the job was cleaning my refrigerator!
avoided the problem for a few months and did not want to spend alot of money for a repair man. My husband is not the repairman type (he almost broke a light ficture trying to change the bulb). I went online and wasnt sure what I should order so I finally called, spoke to a woman who was very helpful, parts came in, removed broken pieces, used a screwdriver to put it in, put the light cover on and DONE! a new fridge! most rewarding 60 bucks spent in a long time...i should do more home repair!
I ordered the parts to repair my two drawers in the refridgerator. MY daughter climbed on them to reach the top shelf. While I was ordering the parts for the drawers, I thought I would find out if I could fix the ice and water dispenser. I looked up the model number and found the parts I thought would fix it...I read other customers repairs and figured it was the mother board. I ordered it on Thursday night, received it on Saturday and fixed it less than ten minutes. The video repairman was so helpful, I watched it a couple of times and felt confident to do the repair. My son was very proud of his mom...now we have ice, water and drawers that open and close......
