my freezer compartment's back froze solid

Hello Joseph, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching your model, first try cleaning the evaporator coils as dust buildup can cause them to freeze over. We also recommend checking the defrost heater, the defrost heater with thermostat, the defrost thermostat, and the defrost timer. You can test the parts with a multimeter. Good luck with your repair.
