I broke a rail that holds my drawer
I took 2 screws out put new drawer rail back on with 2 screws slid the drawer back on easy

Refrigerator was icing up.
The repair was straight forward:1. remove all food 2.remove the inside cover over the coils 3. defrost the coils and kill the power 4. remove old heater. 5. reroute wires 6. install new heater 7. assure heater worked by putting frig in defrost cycle 8 Reassemble.

Freezer would not auto defrost. Food side would be warm.
Your customer installation comments were very helpful. After unplugging the unit, I took out all the freezer shelfs and the back panel (4 screws). I hadn't realized the coils were also covered in solid ice. It took awhile to defrost with a hair dryer, and I needed to use more than one towel to soak up the melting ice. Locating and splicing in the new thermostat was very easy. I used "cold weather" electrical tape to splice the wires back together. After reassembling the back panel and shelfs, I snapped in a new light shield that had been broken for awhile. It's been over a week now, and I do not see any problems. Overall, it was a easy fix. Just took a little time to defrost the coils.

Refrigerator Control Temp was not working, needed shield for freezer
Removed the screws, replaced element, then replaced, shield in freezer, was really simple.

Plastic light sheild over freezer light had broken.
Removed old sheild and reached in freezer replacing sheild with screwdriver. 3 - 4 minutes.
Ordered sheild online one afternoon and received the nest afternoon. Great transaction. will use again when needed.
