Does this part keep the glass plate from wobbling around? The plate in my microwave is does not lay flat on the small piece in the middle.

Hi there,i am looking for the part/piece that keeps the glass plate from wobbling around the base of the microwave. It goes under the glass plate and its usually a 3 pronged item or does this microwave also have a wheel ring also? Thank you!
