the microwave sounds off and no longer heats

Hi Lee, thank you for your inquiry. We have found that the issue is because of the microwave fuse, part number PS1481237. The fuse protects the microwave from damage by shutting off the microwave if there's a power surge. You may need to replace the fuse to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Brand new convection microwave used less than a few days. The door seems to expand and get hot when using convection oven and the latch could not close until the oven cooled, now the door sensor does not detect the door closed and a clicking sound inside the oven cannot use the microwave or connection

Convection heat stopped working suddenly. Worked, turned off, went to use again a few minutes later and would not heat. Microwave still works as it always has. Touch pad is fine as is the fan, turntable etc. Will turn on and allow setting temp, but will not heat beyond 100 degrees f.

Hi James, thank you for getting in touch. We have found the instructions to replace the microwave door handle. These may not be of the same model but will help you in replacement. You may need to follow these steps:
1. Use a putty knife to pry out the door trim.
2. Use a screwdriver to un-thread the mounting screws securing the door handle.
3. Remove the old handle.
4. Install the new door handle by following the same steps backward.

Turned out the issue was easily solved by replacing a single, inexpensive fuse.
First off, UNPLUG THE MICROWAVE.
The fuse is located under the plastic grill at the top of the microwave. It's held on by two screws. Once you've removed the screws and taken off the plastic grill, you go to the right side of the mic
... Read morerowave and remove another screw that holds a small metal grill in place. Removing the small metal grill is probably the toughest part of this repair. You kind of have to rock it back and forth a bit to get it to release. Once that's off, you can get to the fuse. I removed the burnt out one with a pair of needle nose pliers. I also put a small piece of cardboard under the fuse when I did this so I didn't accidentally drop it into the innards of the microwave. I did the same thing when I replaced the new fuse. I then plugged the appliance back in and made sure it worked. Once that was confirmed, I replaced both grills.
Turned of f the circuit breaker to the microwave. Unscrewed the cover (1 screw!) popped out the old bulbs and plugged in the new ones, using the bubblewrap as a handle to be sure my skin didn't touch the light bulbs so the oil from my hands didn't damage or shorten the life of the new bulbs. Turned the circuit back on. That's it!
