Hi Steve, Thank you for the question. Yes, I suggest replacing the Motor, Part Number: PS2355837. When working with microwaves you need to make sure the appliance is unplugged. To access this motor you will need to remove the bottom panel from the microwave. You will need a Philips head screw driver to remove the screws from the panel. Next disconnect the wire harness from the turn table. Remove the one screw holding the motor in place and turn the motor counter clockwise and pull down to release the motor from the base. Remove the glass tray from inside the microwave and hold the coupler down. Insert the new motor shaft through the base and into the bottom of the coupler. Rotate the motor clockwise to lock it back in place and install the motor mounting screw and wire harness. Replace the bottom panel and you will be set! This should be a pretty easy repair.
