Replacement
Original knob made of plastic. Replacement is steel. Original knob should have been made with steel and then it wouldn’t have to have been replaced. Paying over $50 for a knob is disgraceful

I broke the pin that inserts into the stove on the knob which has the power boil control. A couple of questions: Can i get a new pin? Can the pin be glued back on, and if so, what type of glue? Do you have the knob with the power boil setting? Thanks!
For model number CGS990SET4SS
Hi Joyce,
Thank you for your question. The pin or extension on the underside of knob that goes on the shaft that comes out from the oven is not sold separately. If you would like to try and glue the piece back on, you will need to use some type of super glue. The knob with the power boil option is available and the part number for it is PS2339712. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I need to replace the knobs for the burners, is part # ps2339711 all I need ? Will these work for all the burners?
For model number cgs9808sem1ss
Hi Connie, Thank you for the question. If you are replacing the full set of knobs you will need 4 of the Part Number: PS2339711 burner knobs, and 1 Part Number: PS2339712 burner knob. There is also 1 Part Number: PS2339713 thermostat knob for the oven. Hope this helps!
Two of the knobs are broken and need to be replaced. As i have 2 would you suggest to get 5. I never use the lower “oven” sonthat one is basically new

Hello DG, thank you for your question. These knobs have been changed from the original and are not the same size. If you would want all the knobs to look the same and be the same size you would have to replace all 6 of them. Otherwise the new knobs will be smaller than the originals. The knobs are as follows: 2 of Part Number: PS2339712, 3 of Part Number: PS2339711 and 1 thermostat knob Part Number: PS2339713. Please enter the part number into the site for current price and availability. Good luck with your repair!

The right front burner knob receiver for the d-shaft is spread out and now won't work very well. If the new knob is a different size, do i need all six knobs?
For model number C2S980SEM1SS
Hi Lee,
Thank you for your question. If the knob for the front right burner is not working, then you will only need to replace the one knob and not all six. The part number for the knob is PS2339711. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Part number wb03k10265 is smaller than original and will not go on shaft but you say it's a replacement part. How do i get it to work on the shaft?
For model number CGS980SEM1SS
Hi Charles, thank you for your question. All you should have to do is slide this knob on to the shaft. Are you sure that you chose the correct knob when ordering? Your appliance have three different kinds of knobs. Part 2 in the Gas & Burner parts diagram, and then also parts 711 and 712. I would suggest double checking. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
