I ordered a plastic drawer (pan-crispr) for my refrigerator. It was simply put in a shipper with absolutely no cushioning packing materials. As it was made of brittle plastic it arrived broken. I got a refund and ordered another one. The second one arrived exactly the same way, with no packaging materials. This time there were two hairline cracks where the wheels were connected. I needed this for a new tenant that had just moved in so didn't pursue a refund. Please in the future use packaging materials for these types of parts.
