Ice maker quit working after 1 1/2 years. Repairman came and said I needed a new ice maker and a diverter valve. While waiting on the service man to come back, the ice maker started working and filled the tub. It hasn't ran since. Parts changer came back and installed the new ice maker, to no avail, and said I need a circuit board? Still waiting>>> Is there any repairmen left, or do we just keep throwing parts until we get lucky?

Hi Gary,
Thank you for your question. If you replaced your ice maker and it is still not making ice, there are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. The electronic control board is one part that may cause this issue, but you should also check the water fill tubes, the water inlet valve and the water filter. We have included a link from our website that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. If you need to contact an appliance technician, you will need to check online for one in your area. We hope this helps!

Hello Alex, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is with your defrost cycle, which causes the coils to freeze. As you have already replaced the sensor, we recommend you replace the defrost heater, part number PS16555505. Please submit a new question if you have any follow-ups!
I have an H1 alarm and it will not clear. Freezer will not cool. Is this a control board issue?
Thanks.

Hello Ryan, thank you for the question. According to our research, H1 error code means that your freezer’s temperature is too warm. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS11775596, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Our refrigerator made a beeping noise then when we looked over and the panel threw an error of CE EF then Front panel display went black. Unplugged/plugged in a few times and still no panel lights. Fridge is running but we have no control over settings. Will purchasing a new control board from you fix this?
Thank you.
