Part works.
The part is a little tricky to install, but we managed and are glad to have the dish tray working properly again. The part came quickly and in this case they included an extra since, evidently, they have been known to break. Dealing with this company was a good experience.

Perfect fit
It's just a simple clip to hold the dishwasher tines in place but turned out to be difficult to find. PartSelect had the correct part and the repair was a breeze.

Easy to find and good prices. Wish it could come quicker next time.
the parts were in good condition and worked well. I just wish I wouldn't have to have waited so long for them to come in. I'm so used to things getting here within two days that waiting a week or longer seems like for ever.

to change the clip that holds the the upper rack the whole rail must be changed
you need to carefully apply a little pressure to the rail moving it back towards the back of the tub, this will let it unhook from the tub, then just slide the new rail into place.
