Is the screw, PartSelect Number: PS11773049 for the KitchenAid Mixer Model : K45SS for attachment, fastening or adjustment.

A missing Screw. The screws is at the base. I believe, it is supposed to secure the hinge pin so the moto head will stay in horizontal position and will not tilt. What is the part number for the screw and what is the cost?
