We experienced a power outage and afterwards the washer won't start. I unplugged and waited a few minutes then plugged back in. There is a continuous beeping. This stops after I push the start button. When I push the start button again the rinse light blinks once and a single beep sounds. That's all the machine will do. It was manufactured in 2011 but is not in a primary usage home so hasn't been used very much compared to a normal household usage.

Hello Aaron, Thankyou for the question. With a power outage it can cause a surge that will damaged one or both of the control boards. We suggest checking the board to see if they have the proper voltage and if there is any evidence of burn marks or a short. We hope this helps!
this machine has problem starting. when started it runs and fills as it should ,after 2-3 minutes it stops and beeps when restarted by pushing start or unplugging and replugging unit the water drains, spins a minute and stops again. this can be repeated 3 or 4 time and then it will run as it should. next load same thing occurs. any sugestions as to what would cause this. thanks

Hello Leland, Thank you for your question. Researching the model number that you have provided, there are several parts that can cause this issue, the door lock latch, the motor control board, the grounding microswitch, the drive motor, the drain pump, or the washer function control board PS11755972. Check the control boards for any visible damage or loose connections, and you can test the other parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps with your repair.
