I start at drain & spin it wont drain.
For model number NFW7300WW00
Hi Jeannette, thank you for your question. If your appliance is not draining, usually the issue is in your drain pump. You may first want to check the pump filter by using some pliers to twist it off and see if there are any clogs within the pump. Be careful as water will likely spill out when you open it up. You may also want to check your drain hoses as well for any clogs. If there is no blockages then you may have to replace your pump. Good luck with your repair.

Washer would not drain and had a bad noise, found and replace bad drain pump. Now washer is leaking water from underneath, but possibly originating from the area of the dispenser (unsure, but seems to be coming from above and down the left side). Not just a drip, but a pretty substantial leak when agitating or spinning out. Checked the door boot, no tears. Any suggestions what this might be or how to pinpoint and repair the leak?
For model number NFW7300WW00
Hello Paula, thank you for your question. To locate the leak we would recommend removing the bottom front panel, and with a flashlight watch the inside of the tub as the cycle starts. There are some hoses from the tub to the pump and the pump to the drain hose that discharges the water. I would check there first. I hope this helps.

Hello Aime, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the electronic control board, part number FIX11755972. It manages the washer's functions such as load sensing, filling, washing, draining, and spinning. You can test it with a multimeter to find the fault. We would also recommend inspecting the motor, part number FIX11749532, the belt, part number FIX11746258, and the pulley, part number FIX11746256. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
Removed the front panel unplugged The washer drained water out, lift the washer up to un screw the drain pump. Then unhooked the hoses from pump put the other pump in.
Pump started making noises like ball bearings grinding. took the lower front cover off pulled the strainer out of the pump housing and found $2.55 in nickles dimes and quarters. Some 223 bullets and about 20 bobby pins. Together they had destroyed the impeller, so ordering a new one and installing it did the trick. Easy installation about 15mins.
This model is a front-loading washer. The spring loaded retainer for the front of the boot must be removed, then the boot can moved to the side exposing the module. Remove the two screws holding the model, pull the model out, remove the three electrical plugs, then reverse this procedure to install new module.
