How do I remove the bin (basket) stop, to remove the baskets to gain access to the back panel in the bottom mount freezer? Thank you.
For model number KFIS29PBMS02
Hello Ian, Thank you for the question. You should be able to depress the tab from the top of the bracket and Pop the stop out of place. Hope this helps!

I have removed the freezer drawer front to gain access to the back panel. Now, the control panel is flashing po and is asking me to confirm. What do i do?
For model number KFIS29PBMS02
Hello Ian, thank you for inquiring. You may be able to fix this by resetting your refrigerator. To do this, just unplug the power for 5-10 minutes and then plug it back in. If this does not clear the code, you will want to check the connections for and possibly replace either the Electronic Control Board part PS11699786 or the Power Supply Electronic Control part PS11754973. We hope this helps.
