I have always had good luck working with Parts Select and this occasion was just as good. The diagrams make it easy to find the part you need. Only issue on this part was that it was not clear that the humidity control and trim were part of the drawer, because these were listed as separate pieces. The first customer service rep said that I needed the trim, when the drawer arrived, I found the trim (which was back-ordered) was included on the drawer. I was able to easily get that part of the order cancelled through a very friendly customer service rep.
