My ice maker is leaking and causing solid ice in the tray. I was looking for a replacement unit but all i see is the parts and i am not sure what part would be leaking so i thought it would easier to replace the unit.

The inside lights in both the Refrigerators and tfe Freezer are flickering when I open the door. What can I do? Would replacement of the bulbs be remedy?

Trying to trouble shoot why I am not getting water from the water dispenser.

Hello Jory, Thank you for the question. The water inlet valve opens to supply water to the dispenser. If the water inlet valve is defective, or if the water pressure is too low, the water valve will not open. Make sure that the water pressure to the valve is at least 20 psi. We hope this helps.

Why is ice building up on the bottom of the freezer

Hello Adele, Thank you for your inquiry. It could be caused by a clogged drain fitting, which is allowing the water to pool on the bottom of the freezer. We would recommend checking the drain fitting, the drain tube/trivet and the evaporator drain pan. Check for any clogs and excess water in the pan. Good luck with your repair.

Water dispenser works fine without filter, I bought a new filter bled the air and it only dispenses a trickle of water. Any suggestions?

We advice to check to make sure the Water Filter PS11701542 is fitted correctly and I would check the lines connected to it to see if they are cracked and fitted correctly. Check the Water Inlet Valve PS11749668 as well to make sure if it is working correctly. We hope this is of some help to you.
