Hello Steve, Thank you for your inquiry. We have found the following instructions for you. As with all repairs, remember to unplug your appliance before working on it. To replace the dispenser actuator pads, you will first need to remove the dispenser control with a flat head screw driver to depress the retaining tabs. Make note of the wire connections before detaching them to remove the control. You also may to detach the water lines to the dispenser using a nut driver and detach the line from the retaining clip, disconnect the wire harness and ground wire and remove from the retaining clip. Next use a quarter inch socket or nut drive to remove the screws to the ice door module. Release the retaining clips and pull the module free. Remove the spill trail, unthread the screws securing the spill tray base and lift it out. Lift up the actuator ad housing and bend it a little at the side to remove the housing. Use a small flat-head screw driver to depress the retaining tabs as you pull the old actuator pad up to remove. To install the new pad, fee the wires through the hold in the housing and alight the new pad on the housing to snap it into position. Make sure both actuator pad wires extend over the top corners of the housing then align the housing on the door tuck the sides in and press down to lock the housing into place. Reposition the spill tray base, rethread the screws and replace the spill tray. Realign the ice door module on the housing and snap it into position, replace the screws. Reconnect the wire harnesses, attach the grounding wire to the front panel and secure the wires under the retaining clip. Reinsert the water lights into the spigot and secure under the retaining clip. Reinstall the dispenser control by first connecting the wires to the appropriate terminals and insert the tabs on top of the control into the housing slots and snap into position.
