My fridge led lights are out (including the freezer led light) except for the one in the meat tray in center of the fridge. Door switches seem to turn this light on and off. I bought a new module led light and used this one to replace every single light one at a time and lights still did not come on. Fridge works fine except for lights being out. Is there an led control board or some other control board that I should replace next?

Hello Kurt, Thank you for the question. This could be an indication the Inverter Board is defective. The board can be tested with a multi meter. You would need to be tested for voltage output. From pin 1 (red probe of meter) to pin 2 (black probe of meter), the voltage should read 12VDC. The same will go for pin 3 (red probe) to pin 4 (black probe), and pin 5 (red probe) to pin 6 (black probe). If there is a lack of voltage with the doors open, the aurora board has failed and would need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Ice machine stopped. Replaced it, never been consistent in making ice since replacing. Replaced temp probe in freezer. Freezer doesn’t freeze 100% and melts and re-freezes. Another tech says it the main board. Which number is this: #2 or #5? Could it be anything else?

Hi Laurin, Thank you for the question.Before replacing the board, you can test the board.Go to P1-2 white/black stripe wire and then P2-6 red wire. Test for 115 vac across these. If it is not there, then the board is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter . Hope this helps!

Started with no ice now fridge is warm. I replaced lower evap coil fan motor. What switches this on and off? Noticed inverter motor was rusted and inoperative. Do you think replacing it will solve my issues

Hi James, thank you for your question. This part could be all that you need because you do see physical damage on it. However you may also want to give your defrost thermostat and your defrost heater a quick check as well. To make sure that they are functioning correctly. I hope that helps. No ice and no flashing laser light normally to control ice height. The ice maker fan is blowing, Do you think the fault is the sensor, control board, or Ice maker? If I order a replacement part and it doesn't fix the problem, may I return it for a refund?
