washer runs in hand wash setting with proper rinse within 60 minutes for a load of clothes. All other settings the timer seems to run 2-3 hours to complete the same load of clothes. Is my problem a bad washer cycle knob and if so how much for a new part. Thank you..

Hello Tim, thank you for writing. Looking at Page 4 of the manual for your model we have found this Notation: ¦ Expect longer cycles times due to extended fill times when using the Deep-Water Wash option. ¦ Deep Water Wash is not available in the Normal cycle mode. Selecting the Normal cycle with the Deep-Water Wash setting will result in auto sensing of the water level. We hope this helps.
