No power to oven
Just removed front panel per the partselect video, and the panel was easy to access and replace.

Could not turn on the oven.
The oven would only go into dehydrate mode. I called and they did some troubleshooting with me over the phone. We made our best guess at what part that I needed. They assured me if if didn't fix it I could return it. Good news is, that we got the correct part. The control board was the problem. Less than an hour to replace it. Phillips sc

Kind of expensive, but a oven/convet oven combo that can do self cleaning and dehydrating is worth repairing and keeping around for a while. Plus I not ready to redo my entire kitchen right now. I am very happy with Parts Select and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Does this also control the function of the switch-membrane that is not working, do i have to replace that also

Thank you for your question. Your electronic control board is the brain of your appliance. If your touch pad is fine then you should not need to replace it. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

We have a KitchenAid oven, model kgrs807sss00, with the error code of f2e1. It says "stuck/shorted key" it also said am16 ui15 eekgo 245. Do we fix this or get a new oven? And if we fix this, how much is it to fix it?

Getting error code f6e0 on control panel. Stove top works but oven does not. I saw in your earlier response that if the keypad is working that it is probably not the control board. Could it be a fuse ? I’ve tried to reset the power, what do you think ? Thanks, kenny

If the F6-E0 code displays after powering down the range and then restoring power, then the cause is most likely due to a faulty Temperature Sensor, part number PS11748765 for your model. It may also be that the Electronic Control Board will need to be replaced. This part number PS11747371 is the correct replacement for your model. Good luck with your repair!

Hi my oven stopped working and display want dark (door locked too) after a self cleaning cycle. I have now replaced the thermal fuse in the back of the oven and now also the control circuit board. It’s still dead - new display still doesnt come on. The stove top sparks and works fine. Is there another fuse I need to replace? Thanks!

Hello, we just had a technician come come out and diagnosed the touchpad needs replacing. I'm confused with the part names. Does "touchpad" mean control panel and electronic control board?

I already purchased the main gas valve , solved some issues but now the oven goes to temperature but then the gas does stay lit and wont keep temperature... would that be the main board ? I also changed the temp sensor.

Hello Alain, thank you for writing. This thermostat PartSelect Number PS11747248 is also known as a thermal cut-off fuse and is used in conjunction with your range. This part establishes and maintains the internal temperature of the oven cavity. When the temperature of your range gets too hot it will trip the high-limit thermostat safety, this will cut the power to the oven so that it does not continue to overheat.
