Burner control knob will push down but not turn. What parts need to be replaced to correct? Thanks

Hello Marvin, that is a great question. Sounds like you will need the burner valve, which the knob will slides on to. Hope this helps!

When I turn on a burner it takes quite awhile for the burner to light. It clicks for 5-10 seconds before igniting, or i have to turn on another burner to get the initial burner to light. I had a repairman come to the house and he is telling me each knob needs a new part. He said they need the tiny circular plastic piece under the knob. Sure could use your advise. I’m suspect. Thanks!

Hi Deb, Thank you for the question. The part the repair man was referring to is called a switch. On most appliances they come together attached to a harness. On your appliance they are sold individually so you will not need to replace them all. The two left side burners need Part Number: PS11744416 and the right side is Part Number: PS11744417. Hope this helps!
