Product Description
SEAL- DOOR Specifications
This oven door gasket prevents heat from escaping the oven cavity when in use. This is a very easy repair that should only take a few minutes. The door gasket may damage or rip over time due to repeated use. If you notice that hot air is escaping from your oven, it is likely that the gasket needs to be replaced. You will need to open the oven door and remove the old seal by pulling it out of place with your hands. The old gasket will be secured with clips that will come out when you pull the entire piece out. The new gasket will have hooks all along the rim, which will line up with the oven door. Simply line up the hooks and push into place outlining the door of the inside of the oven. No tools required.

oven door gasket was no longer flexible, but stiff
pulled out the old door gasket, it had little diamond-shaped clips, pulled out really easily, replaced with the new gasket. All the clips fit into the proper holes, stuffed the new ends where the old ones were. Perfect. less than 10 minutes. Thanks....

My daughter tipped a large dish of lasagna onto the oven door and the seal.
The door seal was an exact fit for the factory one. There are little clips that hold the seal to the door. The clips are already installed in the seal. To remove just grasp the seal at each clip and pull up. The seal comes off easily. The ends of the seal are tucked into holes at the bottom of the door so you can just pull them out. For the installation of the new seal grasp the seal at each clip and push them into the littles holes. I used a flat blade screwdriver to tuck the seal ends into the two larger holes at the door bottom. The whole process took about 10 minutes.
I wouldn't have changed the seal but the hot lasagna made the seal sort of hard after it cooled off.

My husband would not relinquish the tools:(. It took him 15 min or less to change the electronic clock and maybe 2-3 min to change the seal. Niyyah, Scottsdale, AZ

Perfect Fit, Easy Replacement
This was an exact fit with all the clips in the right places and was easy to install. The only change I had to make was to cut about an inch of extra length off each end but better for it to be too long than too short.
