The freezer freezer is at the bottom but not at the top. I think it is the fan. But how can i be certain?

Hello Gene, thank you for your question. If the cold air from the freezer is not being pushed to the fridge, the evaporator fan isn't working. You can also bench test the motor to determine if it is bad. The evaporator fan motor is Part #: PS11753712. I hope this helps.
Hello Jon, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Defrost Heater to make sure it is working and melting the ice during the defrost cycle. You can test the heater with a multi meter. We hope this helps.
