Support Broken and would not support crisper
Because of the design of the support, this could have been a difficult job. However, with the video that was provided when I selected the part, it was not a problem. All you have to do is knock the center pin through the support and remove the old support. Pull the pin out of the wall of the unit and push the new support in and drive the new pin in until it is flush. That's it!

ice maker would not make ice
Remove 2 screws, unplug connector to remove broken ice maker. Plug replacement ice maker in, then screw in place with the two screws. It took longer to describe and type then it did to do the job.

Tabs that hang the crisper broke
Ordering replacement parts was easy! Expected a simple pull out old plug, insert new plug.... Not sure if it comes from factory like this or if this had been previously repaired poorly, but the broken plug was heavily glued in place. Took some serious finess work to remove without serious damage. Once out, it was simple plug in

Frame for crisper drawer broken
Initially ordered the wrong frame. PartSelect almost immediately replaced it with the correct part and made the return of the incorrect part quite easy. No tool necessary, a sanp to replace, and now we have an almost new fridge again. Thank you!

Refridgerator side light did not work
Pryed the old loose catch is on the bottom used a common screw driver.pulled the two wires off reversed the procedeure to put the new switch in.took about 5 minutes.

Refrigerator door making noise when opening and closing.
Took door off and installed parts. Video on your Webb site show how to do it. Excellent service on shipping .Had parts in two days. Would use your company again if I had any other problems.

Crisper support was missing
Installed new support. I placed the new one in the hole provided and taped in the locking peg with a small hammer. The total installation took about three minutes thanks to the excellent video provided on the web site. Thanks

broke fan blade while trying to remove dust.
Removed old fan motor and installed new one.Not much room for big hands back there.Flexible extensions valuable on this job.

Water Dispenser Actuator Broken
Removed tray by pulling out. Took out three screws at bottom. Lifted up on face plate. Remove three screws at top,pulled out to access actuator,relieved spring. Then took out screw on the right,loosened two screws on the left and removed broken part. Put in new part and reassembled.

Drawer support broke.
I was worried that the support was a permanent fixture in the refrigerator wall. But I pried it out and replaced it with the new part. Holes were exactly the same size so the new part easily replaced the old one.

Fan would stop or turn slowly. outside of refridg hot
took off cardboard removed two screws holding fan housing. Removed new fan and housing from box and mounted new fan to new housing (two screws). Installed new fan and housing. reinstalled cardboard and plunged in power cord. Perfect fit.
