Water Was Leaking From The Glass Fill Dispenser
This was probably the easiest repair I have done on this refrigerator. I pulled the unit away from the wall, turned off the water, and disconnected the hose. I have a wooden floor in my kitchen so I was careful to put a towel under the hose and valve. Very little water drained out but I kept the towel there for insurance. After removing the access panel, I removed the two screws holding the valve in place, slid it back to where I could unplug the wiring connected to it. The connectors are color coded so there is no worry about putting them back incorrectly. The new valve uses push-in type water connections, so you have to cut the old style connections off of the plastic water lines. Kitchen shears did this easily. Then is was just a matter of pushing each line into the proper connector on the valve, reattach the electrical connectors, and slide the valve back in place. Reinstall the screws, reinstall the access panel, hook up the water hose, slide the unit back into it's niche, and run about a gallon of water through the dispenser and you are done.

I needed more storage space in my refrigerator.
The refrigerator comes with 4 door bins. I had alot of wasted space so I purchased and installed another door bin. It snapped in. The hardest part was unsnapping a couple of the other bins to reposition them for better use.

Replacing the level that dispenses water.
May need someone to hold a flashlight on area during repair. The bottom ridged-tray does pull out easily, exposing three Phillip-head screws. Remove them. Lift the face plate up slightly and pull out to expose the wiring harness behind it near the top. Push the small clip that holds the white plug together and pull to separate. Set faceplate aside. Find and remove three more Phillip-head screws, one in top middle and two on the sides. Pull the unit forward enough to see the two Phillip screws that hold the metal pieces over the rotating arms of the broken lever. Cannot pull this unit out too far as the water hose from refrigerator restricts movement. Use needle nose pliers to reposition/release the spring clip that rests against the lever. No need to remove the entire spring. Remove the two screws. They are short, so be careful not to drop them or the metal pieces they hold down. Use needle nose pliers to retrieve them if dropped. Lift the broken lever up to disengage its rotating arms from grooves. Remove the broken lever by pulling up or pushing down, depending on where it is broken. Take new lever and insert from the bottom and insert both arms in grooves. Re-insert the two screws and metal pieces (large piece on the left). Place spring clip on arm of new lever. Screw the unit back with three screws. Re-connect the white plug of the faceplate. Reinsert the faceplate on refrigerator by aligning holes with hook-prongs and push in and down to lock in. Add the three screws at bottom to secure. Reinsert the bottom and push in to lock. Check lever operation.

Frige and freezer not cooling
I should have ordered start kit instead of start capacitor. The start cap astir did not fix problem so I ordered kit. Compasator comes as part of kit. Followed enclosed instructions. Cut existing wires and reconnected new wiring. Simple as that. It's a plug in item. Now worried it may be working to good. Freezer down to 10 deg. Watching to see if compressor is running to long. Seems ok lol. Wife hates me now. She wanted new frige.

Refrigerator door wasn't closing all the way with out forcing it to close.
First of all--outstanding delivery time. I chose the cheapest 3 to 5 day delivery and the parts arrived the very next day. The closer plate was a breeze. The hinge bearing was challenging becaue it was broken off flush to the bottom of the door so it took some time with a needle nose plyers to break it into small pieces to remove it from inside the door. Once that was done it was easy replacing the hinge bearing, reassembling the door. Like others have mentioned it took the longest time taking everything off the refrigerator door. Just glad PartsSelect suggested ordering both parts at the same time since I had to replace both of them.
