burner element shot
Turned off circuit breaker to the oven. Tested oven for electricity. Used nut driver to remove screws holding element. Carefully pulled forward the element and wires a few inches and removed the element from the wires using pliers to hold prongs attached to the wires--do not yank! Pushed new burner element prongs into wire prongs for snug fit. Gently pushed wires back into oven wall. Secured with bolts. Tested oven. Worked beautifully!

Bottom baking element replacement
I had to unscrew from the inside two screws that hold the element in place. I also had to unscrew the back of the stove to disconnect and reconnect old and new parts from electric conncection. This was so easy! I called my husband at work to tell him that we received the part and I had it fixed before he was home from work!

oven bake element would not heat
I simply unscrewed the 2 screws to the bake element. Replaced it with the new element. When I was connecting one side of the element I got a tingling in my fingers. Then I remembered that I had not turned off the stove breaker in the electrical panel box. If I had continued on to connect the 2nd part of the element, it would have been an unpleasant experience! I turned off the breaker, connected the other side of the element, and all went well.

The oven would not get hot. The bake element needed to be replaced.
My 16 year old grandson was visiting at the time the Bake Element arrved. He surveyed the problem and in a few minutes after he turned off the circuit braker he removed the old Bake Element and reinserted the new Bake Element. Viola! It was done, we then turned on the circuit braker and then turned on the oven and we were back in business again.

Coil burnt out
First I turned of power to range at breaker box. Next i found socket that fit small screws that secured bracket to back of oven. Then I removed the two screws. I then carefully pulled coil ends out of back of over with wires attached. I carefully removed slide on connectors from each end of coil by holding coil and grasping connector not the wire. They are on fairly tight but a firm steady pull will remove them. I then connected new oil by firmly pushing connectors on new coil ends. I carefully put coil ends back into the holes at back of over where old coil came from. I then lined up holes of bracked with holes for screws in oven. I then use srews to secure bracket . Do not over tighten these. Bracket just needs to be flat and secure against back of oven..Turn power back on .I saved myself $100 for a service call for a simple fix.

Bake element cracked and stopped working
First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. This took about 3 minutes. I then connected the new part and crimped the connectors so they would stay tight. I then screwed the 2 screws back in with a nut driver and done!

Our bake element in our oven snapped in two.
When looking at the element's connection to the oven, I couldn't figure out how it was supposed to come apart so I left it, till the new part came. Seeing the new element cleared that up, so I yanked out the old one, put in the new, and was good to go. It was seriously that simple.
