Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".
The washer had an error message in the display of E:09. I called Bosh on customer srevice and she said that the heat pump was not working and needed to be replaced. Since the motor is the main part for this that needed to be replaced as well. The pars were under $200.00 total so we oted to fix this
We followed the video and had no problems with leaks at all afterwards. The parts fit perfectly and the machine is working great again.
replacing the sensor was simple, just unplug and turn it out, but didn't solve the problem, it's a float sensor that doesn't show up on the tech sheet in the dishwasher or anywhere in troubleshooting on the internet I could find.

I ordered two of PS8728568 (Mounting Bracket), because on your site for that part it identifies that each bracket is sold individually. (Reference: “Part Description” section). In addition, on that same web page under the “Question and Answers” section it identifies that each bracket is sold individually.
However, what I received was, two packages with each package having two brackets in it. It’s understandable, since you need two brackets for each dishwasher.
Obviously, this is completely contrary to what your web page states. In reality, each package is sold with a pair of brackets.
I have not opened the second package and as such it is completely resaleable. As per your Return Policy , I’d like to request a refund for the second packet of brackets and have you cover the return shipping of that package. Please advise next steps.
Initially, I received an E15 error. I evaluated for leaks but couldn't find anything except for water in the bottom of the dishwasher after about 30 minutes of the initial cycle. After discovering the hole in the flow tub, I order the part. It came a few days later & replace the part within a 15 minutes of receiving it. I didn't think it would resolve the issue but it did. Only found out when the air light came on drain not working Lots of water underneath as well as all kinds or shoot insulation and rat droppings had to wear a mask affect him use a bunch of Clorox before I could diagnose it a real party And hard to reach corners. I ordered four parts since I found a better deal on the main electric cable which a rat head chewed through until it had an electrocuted itself. These four parts came in three different boxes and three different deliveries over two weeks. not efficient. But handwashing is over put it all together and it works I soaked the hose in hot water so I could fit it on.
Had warranty but Lowes couldn't find anyone to repair. Ordered new board from Parts Select and had it in a few days. 15 minutes later it was fixed. 10 screws and a couple of plugs is all it took.

easy repair, but the check valve wasn't the problem, it was the float switch that isn't on the tech sheet in the dishwasher or mentioned as a possible culprit anywhere I could find on the internet
Inlet valve was leaking water at all times causing the unit to shut down with the bottom tray collecting water.
Repair was simple once the problem was diagnosed with the inlet valve. Most of the work was in disconnecting the necessary lines so the dishwasher could be removed from the cabinets to replace the bad valve. Replacing the valve was easy. Reinstalling the dishwasher was just the reverse of the removal. The replacement part matched the original and solved the problem we had.
Top arm water connection to rear wall - all seals eroded and leaking
Removed the middle basket and turned it upside down. Unplugged the spray arm from the middle basket. Snapped the new spray arm into the middle basket. Installed middle basket into slides. It works great. Great site for parts - reasonable prices too
Water leaking and high pitch noise mid way through operation.
Mistakenly opened covers for the drain pump. Had to put those covers back in place. Heater and pump installed easily with a bit of careful maneuvering the plugs and plug housing from the exterior. Pump installed in place easily. Clamp fit perfectly.
