Element burned out
Removed two easy to reach screws that attach metal securing plate and element to rear of the oven with screw driver, pulled wire connectors from old element, attached wire connectors to new element, reattached the metal plate and element to the back of the oven with the two screws. Finished!

burner element melted and almost caused fire
very easy repair took less than 5 minutes removed racks from oven and used a number 2 phillips head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws pulled element out detached the 2 wires and removed element reattached wires to new element pushed element back in and reinstalled the screws.done note* i found this to be a good time to clean the oven so the night before part was to arrive i sprayed a good coat of oven cleaner on the 3 sides and lower part of oven after removing element it made it very easy to clean the oven up.

range installer broke a screw off & busted the plastic piece
Had to screw off old terminal block & screw on new one

bake element started sparking and flashing off while wife was baking cookies
took the two phillip head screws out then gently pulled element forward to expose wire connection. then used needle nose pliers to disconnect wires. removed old element and replaced.simple task. took 5 min
