Had water leaking from pumpon floor
I watched the video on the website on how to repair this and followed it. The repair went quickly. I spent more time moving the washer in and out of the location it was in than the time it took to repair.

Water pump had a leak near the central motion core
Remove the outer washing machine housing. Close-up inspection located the leak source. The water pump was removed by popping off the upper and lower metal brackets, then removing it from the two rubber hoses with their pinch clamps. Ordering a new part was easy on your web site, and it arrived in 2 days! I reversed the process, with the smaller hose's pinch clamp hard to manage with simple pliers, but doable with persistence. I LOVE my 23 yr old whirlpool washer, and don't want a newer model, so thanks for making repairs doable for an old lady!

plastic dogs inside broke from age
I brought my laptop to the washing machine and watched the video they provided, step by step, it was a breeze. Only one thing was missing with the repair kit, the man in the video kept telling us to lubricate the parts with a special lubricant, but it did not come with the kit, it would have helped because I just don't keep that item on hand.

The cogs had worn down and would not engage the agitator to agitate the clothes
I pulled the dispenser cap off the top of the agitator, then removed the water tight cap from inside, then used a socket and extension to remove the bolt and the top portion of the agitator. The cogs and holder easily came out of the agitator, then the black hold down ring was slipped away from the cogs and the cogs then easily were removed and replace with the new ones. The black hold down ring was then slipped back into place to hold the cogs in and the agitator was reassembled. Works perfectly now and only cost $8.95 and three days for shipping.

Upper agitator not working
I removed the fabric softener dispensoer. Used a ratchet with extension and socket to remove retaining bolt and removed the agitator assembly. I then pulled the upper agitator off the bottom and replaced the broken parts. Reassembled in reverse order and repair complete. Watch the video Partselect offers for free and see how simple it is. If your upper agitator will rotate in both the clockwise and counterclockwise direction, it needs to have the cams replaced. They work like a ratchet to only allow one direction which make the agitator function properly.

Not spinning fast enough to take out water in spin cycle's
I simply watched the video that was on YouTube for this site. It was dead on with my washer and super easy to do. The step by step was just awesome and easy to follow. The repair took just over an hour and I even cleaned the entire inside of this 12 year old washer which was pretty cruddy. The washer now spins great and works like new again. All for about $50. Thanks.

Wouldn't spin on the spin cycle
A word to the wise watch the repair video first guys and save an hour or 2 of aggrivation. I saved a couple hundred bucks instead of having the repair guys do it. It was easier than I thought. Machine runs like new again. Thanks Partselect. L.A.B. Rocland, Mass.

Water leaking from under the front of the washer
Disconnect washer from all connections and slide away from the wall far enough to give clearance where you can tilt the washer and lay on it's back. Remove old pump and replace with new pump, then reconnect washer to wall connections.

Top agitator would not turn during the wash cycle, and I could spin it freely in both directions while the washer was not in use.
Popped off the fabric softener dispenser with a medium flat tip screwdriver. Removed the agitator screw with a 7/16 socket. Pulled out the agitator assembly. Pulled out the agitator cam assembly. Removed the 4 worn directional cogs/replaced with new ones. Reassembled in reverse order.

Washer did not agitate properly.
This is a very user friendly website for finding your part. They also have step by step video instructions for your repair. It's like watching Dad, except you can pause him & do it yourself! Check out their video for HowTo. I repaired a 19 year old Whirlpool washer in less than 15 minutes saving us big $$ over a new appliance!

Top portion of agitator would not agitate
Removed the agitator with a straight blade screw driver and then removed by hand the inner cap. Used a 7/16 socket with a long extension and ratchet and removed the agitator bolt. Once the bolt was removed I pulled agitator cam the contains the agitator dogs out of the Mover, Agitator. I replaced the worn agitator dogs with new ones and replaced everything and it worked fine. I did mark with a red Sharpie the direction the dogs were before removing them so I would replace them in the right direction. Very simple job that took less than 15 mins.

Agitator not working
Repair is simple. It takes about 15 minutes to repiair the agitator. Just follow the directions tha come with the replacement part. Don't forget to buy the grease for the part because it does not come with it. The only tool you will need is a rachet, long extention, and a 7/16th socket. The hardest part is getting the cap off that covers the bolt that holds the agitator on. Make sure you do not over tighten the bolt when you reassemble the agitator because you will strip the ancor nut inside the lower part of the agitator.
