Refrigerator and freezer stopped working, only inside lights on
Really easy to change the board..I did spend more time trying to figure it out how to plug the ground wire, as the new board had different wires to ground. What i did was i switch the ground wires from the old board and put them in the new board. Problem solved, refrigerator and freezer running like new.

Leak
Had a water leak on that valve for probably the last 7 or 8 years. Only noticed it when I had a huge water issue with a leaky faucet. Repaired that, went to repair the Sheetrock behind refrigerator and saw water in the tray under frige. Wiggle hose and realized that the reason the water on the front door would only trickle out was because the leak on that valve was also affecting the pressure on the front door. Unreal!! The website and video made it incredibly simple to replace, u guys rock, for real!!!

Air leaking into freezer through door dispenser
I followed the video instructions. They were clear and consise. I removed the trim ring and controls. Them removed the housing and flapper. I did notice a small burr in the plastic chute and foam insulation. I trimmed this off with a utility in hopes this burr caused the flapper to warp. This is the 2nd time the flapper has been replaced in 1.5 yrs. The repair was really easy thanks to the video.
