Original vent grille with broken attachments
Very easy installation. Two screws only. Part fit perfectly. Looks so much better without the black electrical tape holding it together.

The grille vent broke on my microwave wasn't sure how I was going to get a replacement part found this web site and the part I needed. Good price and received in less than 24 hrs.
Simply place the grille on microwave and tightened the screws

cracked by installer
my husband inserted the grill vent, put 2 nails in the place where the 2 screws go. When you need to clean the grill, just take out the nails, it saves a lot of time plus you wont crack the grill by tighting the screws too tight!We loved our sales lady, she was real smart, we got the right color and part.

Broken. Grill vent
Removed broken grill and small plastic pieces from unit. Removed screws. Cleaned filter. Inastalled new grill and installed screws. 10min. Job.

pop it in and used two screws, no problem.PS, this is a great company to deal with. I ordered wrong color and was replaced with proper part within three days.

Microwave turntable stopped rotating.
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. 2. Remove the 10 screws holding the bottom cabinet cover in place. The bottom cabinet cover will swing down allowing acces to the inside ofe the microwave. 3. Remove the connector from the turntable motor. 4. Use a T15 Torx driver to remove the 2 Torx screws holding the motor in place. 5. Remove the motor. 6. Reverse the process using the new motor.

replace light blub
removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

Glass cooking tray for microwave cracked.
All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

cracked door frame panel
Unscrew the screws from handle first, then about 3 more from door panel. Held on to the glass while taking off framework. Replaced frame and slid glss in heard the click and all was finished!

The capacitor was melted in the microwave
My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.
