FREEZER WAS COLD FRIDGE WARM
YOU TUBE VIDEO POINTED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. USED MULTI METER TO CHECK FOR VOLTAGE. NONE, REPLACED DEFROST HEATER. WORKS LIKE A CHARM, PART DELIVERED TO MY DOOR FOR LESS THAN $60.00, IN TWO DAYS FROM PARTSELECT. FIXED IT MYSELF FOR LESS THAN THE COST OF A SERVICE CALL.

Broken plastic parts-bins, rails
pulled old ones out and replaced, had to remove 1 part that held a drawer

the rail broke on the meat drawer holder
I removed the shelf that hold's the rail's then one (1) screw that hold's the rail in place then I replaced the shelf. Simple & Easy!!

Broken Refrigerator Door Shelf Retainer Bar
We took off the broken bar and put on the new one. It clips on. Took about 10 seconds and could have been done by a 5 year old.

ice was forming on inside of freezer. door not making complete seal.
door gasket just needed to be pulled out of edge around door and then the new one installed in the edge around freezer door.

Ice maker failed
Watched YouTube video. Very easy. Used my cell phone camera in ‘selfie’ mode propped up in the upper right hand corner of freezer to see the 2 hidden screws.
