removed two screw and two wires from old element. Plugged in new element and mounted it back in less than 5 minutes time.

Element went bad
The part was ordered the 26th of December in the AM and the part was delivered on the 27th. Installation was simple. The price was 35% cheaper than the big box store.

Front 8" stove burner got excessively hot at any setting
Performed repairs just as you directed. Everything went in in without a hitch. All the parts fit well and seem to be working fine. Wife still complains. Maybe I need a new burner coil.

My burner element had broken.
I ordere the new burner element. It arrived quickly compared to some of the things I order. I removed the broken burner element and plugged in the new one and that was all that was needed. It feels pretty good to have that burner working properly again.

Bake Element Broke
Powered off circuit at breaker switch, removed oven door (slide-in), unscrewed two Phillips head screws holding old element, unplugged old element, plugged in new element, screwed in new element, replaced oven door and turned-on circuit. Total repair time: 8 minutes. Total time procrastinating repair: 1 week. Happy Wife: Priceless.

I Order 2 Switches For 8" Heating Element
Turn off power 220v, opened cook top, remove old 8" switch and replace with one of the new switch ps2089438. However, I have another cook top, it is a 6" heating element. Can I use the same switch for 8" and use on a 6" heating element? Since I order 2 new ps2089438 switches. Thank you for your anwser. Kahn lee

bake element burned out
used screw driver to remove two screws gently pulled element out to expose wires. Removed wires from old element replaced wires on new element gently pushed element in to place replaced screws. Job done very easy.

burner would go to high when turned on
Pulled stove out to unplug. Removed screws holding end covers then remove screws on the underside of cover as you face the stove top.Remove knobs.Pull bottom cover forward and up so you can lift it off to see the insides.Remove wires and attach to the new part one at a time. Unscrew old from the front and attach the new one.Put it back together.Done.

Broken leveling leg.
This is a no brainer. I am only doing this because you asked. Pull out the stove, tilt it back, remove broken leg, install new leg.

burner not operating or intermittently
Shut off power at breaker box. Removed top burner unit. Removed old receptacle (Mounting screw was rusty so I drilld out the old one.) Cut wires from old unit. Stripped wires back on old unit. Attached old and new wire with ceramic wire nut. Attached new unit. Reinserted top unit. Reconnected power and "voila". Wife was smiling again.

Oven Quit Heating Did Not Notice Hole In Side Of Element Until I Removed It
Unplugged the stove removed back cover plate unpluggeg two wires removed racks from oven removed two screws that hold bake element in place and reversed process

Worn out bowls

The oven would not heat (bake element not turn red)
Read the ID number from label and ordered part on line. Part was delivered next day. Shut off power to stove and Pulled stove out from cabinet setting. Took out about 12 screws from back pannel and removed it. Pulled out wires (easily seen) from each side of heating unit at back of stove. Went inside oven and took out 1 screw (easily seen) on each side of heating element at back of oven. Heating elemnet came right out. Reversed procedure for installing. Only tool used is a small Phillips screw driver.
