Meat Drawer Cover Hinge Broke
The nipple on the "pantry end cap - left side" that acted as part of the hinge for the meat drawer cover broke off. After receiving the replacement pantry end cap, I removed the meat drawer, removed the 2 vegetable bins, removed the glass shelf above the meat drawer, removed the screws holding the old pantry end cap, and pulled the old cap out. Then I put the new cap in place, screwed it in, and replaced everything else. The most surprising part of all of this is that I ordered my part on 4/22 and received and installed it on 4/25; 3 days! Thank you partselect for your fast response.

center rail which supports 2 crisper drawersThe rail needs to be lined up with the drawers
The rail & the drawers need to be aligned with each other & then push the rail into the little hole in the back wall of the frig while sliding the drawers in at the same time. I think I put too much fruit & vegs in the drawers which makes them heavy & the little tab which is there to support the drawers has broken off twice. This is the 2nd time I have ordered this rail. It would be helpful if the rail had a vertical supporting post towards the front. I like to have a lot of produce on hand all the time

Cover to bottom bin would not stay secured. broken plastic support pin
Removed Left side support with broken pin (3 small hex head bolts). Replaced with new support with pin in place. Note behind: I broke the pin trying to replace the cover. Now I know to flex back the side to the cover, and not flex the pin which broke. This cost me 25 bucks and one hour, saving me from a probable $300 dollar charge. THANKS, PARTS SELECT!!!!!

1. Unplugged refrigerator

2. Removed rear silver stainless steel panel on the right rear side of the refrigerator (if you are standing in front of the unit) using a small socket set. The panel is vertically located in center at the rear of the refrigerator.

4. Removed plastic cover over the HV controller board.

5. Unplugged 4 molex connectors attached to the board and carefully pushed on the plastic release locks that hold the board in place as not to break them and removed the HV controller board.

6. Inerted the new HV controller board and plugged in the molex connectors. All molex connectors are of unique size and will only attach to the HV controller board in one location.

7. Replaced plastic cover over HV controller board and attached stainless steel panel with a small socket set.

8. Plugged in the refrigerator.

9. Identified programming code inside the refrigerator.

Deli Drawer Cover Broke Off
The annoying cover to the deli drawer broke off again. This is my second time purchasing this part from this website (left side and now, right side). Both purchases were very easy. Replacing the left side is easier because there isn't a temperature adjuster to remove and reinstall. I found this website very easy to find my parts both times, and I installed the right side (the latest fix) in less than 15 mintues while taking care of two kids. Many women do repairs around the house and are successful! :)

Broken hinge pin for deli drawer- right side
The repair is staightforward. Simply remove the deli drawer (up and out), the glass lid, and the vegatable drawers above it (easier access- they just slide out). Using a 1/4 socket I removed the 3 screws holding the end cap in place. You then disconnect the 2-3 places where the end cap connects to the humidity adjustment (front and rear). When the end cap is out you have to remove the drawer slide as and humidity adjustment slide as it isn't included in the replacement part- just 3 more screws- same size). Attach the drawer slide to the new end cap and do everything in reverse to replace it. Took all of 20 minutes including cleaning/drying the drawers etc while I had them out. Easy project.

nobs that hold drawer cover on snapped off
I took all the food out and the shelves above the area. The end cap was a piece of cake to remove, only two screws to take out, and installing the new ones was very easy. The reason it took so much time is because I thoroughly cleaned the fridge at the same time.
