Upper agitator would not agitate.
The cam kit itself did not fit. However, the dog ears could be swapped out. It's cheaper to buy the set separately, they're fairly universal. Part number: PS388034

dOGS ON CAM ASSEMBLY WORN OUT
Easy Repair!! Remove the Fabric Sofetener dispenser from the top of the agitator. Beneath that, remove the plastic cover over the cam assembly. Use an 11mm socket to remove the agitator. After removal, pull it apart to reveal the cam. simply replace the dogs and reverse the process to reassemble. NOTE: YOU MAY NEED A LONG SOCKET EXTENSION TO GET DOWN INTO THE 11mm BOLT.

Dryer would run but wouldn't heat up
I originally thought it was the heating element but I ruled that out after I took it off and looked at it. After that I took a volt o meter to check the high thermostat and low one also but both had power going to it. Once that was done I did the thermal limiter fuse and it was blown. All I had to do was unplug the dryer, take the back off of the dryer, then take two bolts out and replace the part it was so easy. Thanks for the part.

A lot of noise coming from the front of the dryer.
After removing the front of the dryer it was evident that the blower boss had broken where the motor shaft comes through and is attached. I removed a few more parts to make the blower more accessible and removed it. I then machined a new boss and attached it to the blower and reinstalled it.I then did a quick continuity check on the three thermostats since the dryer was already apart.I discovered one was faulty and ordered a new one from you. That repair took all of five minutes. The irony of the whole thing is that while I was ordering the thermostat from you,I asked out of curiosity,if the blower was still available. As it turns out it still is but the new machined part worked out great and the dryer was back up and running in no time.

Thanks again,
Dave

upper section of the agitator wasn't working
the repair itself went reasonably well, following the instructions that you provided, but it still isn't working well. Is it possible that I put it in upside down?

Needed to replace broken lint filter
Stuck it in, done. The really good thing was your website - the BEST I've ever used to order anything on the web, bar none. SO clear, SO organized, SO logical, SO easy to use. I just wish other companies using the internet to sell things would learn from you guys. Kudos to you and your webmaster, really outstanding.
