Light over range burned out
Philips screwdriver
Removed screw (1)
Removed light bulb
Put in new light bulb
Closed door to bulb compartment
Returned screw.
Pro tip! Check how many bulbs you need before ordering. Mine only needed two. I got two. I suspect I’ll buy a new microwave before new bulb burns out again. Ordering/delivery was fast. No need to have spare on hand.

burned oven bulb
The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new light bulb in was not the problem.

Bulb Replacement
I pulled down the wire around the glass cover. . . Released on end of the wire from its holder being careful to not let the glass cover drop. Unscrewed the bulb and replaced with replacement. Easy, easy.

Washer/Dryer would not start
Neither the washer or the dryer of the stacked unit would start. The website suggested that one of the causes could be the thermostat. I ordered a replacement that arrived quickly. Swapping the part only took minutes, and it started just fine.

both door cables were broken
I removed 2 screws to the lint trap, popped top of dryer with a flat screwdriver but did not remove it I just raised it and leaned it against the wall. I removed 2 screws from the top of the inside front panel, then I hooked the new cables to the springs that are on either side of the front panels at the top. I then pulled the panel forward just enough to fit my hand and thread the cables through the holes that are on the front panel that lead to the door, I had already popped out 2 plastic caps that go inside the door on both sides.I then treaded the cables inside each hole and snapped the caps back on.
